Tour Overview
Duration & Stay: An 8-day / 7-night tour covering 3 nights in Melbourne, 2 nights in Canberra, and 2 nights in Sydney at standard ibis hotels.
Key Inclusions: Daily breakfast, airport and inter-city transfers, and all major city orientation tours.
Top Attractions: Includes full-day excursions to Phillip Island, the Great Ocean Road (Twelve Apostles), and the Blue Mountains (Scenic World with train ride).
Flights & Exclusions: International flights (Mumbai-Melbourne / Sydney-Mumbai) are NOT included, and personal expenses like laundry or mineral water are extra.
Day-wise Itinerary
Sightseeing: No sightseeing is scheduled for today.
Activity: Upon arrival at Melbourne airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. You have the rest of the day free to relax and settle in.
Stay: Overnight stay at ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley.
Meals: No meals are included today (Dinner is included only if your flight arrives before 8:00 PM).

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)...
NO name change allowed after booking.
Minimum booking amount is INR 50,000/- per person.
Booking Amount will be nonrefundable once booked.
PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
Universal standard check-in time is ISOO hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
Early check-in and/or late checkout Will not be possible.
If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions, then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
