  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)...

  • Infants - 3 years: Free of charge (parents pay extra breakfast and other services if any)
     From 04 - under 11 years old
    + 4 – 8 years old: Child no bed: 55%; Child with bed: 70%
    + 9 - 10 years old: Child with bed: 70%
     Child from 11 years old: considered as a adult
     01 Child shares room with 01 adult: 90%

  • Standard Hotel Check in time: 2:00pm – 3:00 pm (local time). Standard Hotel Check out time:
    11:00am-12pm (local time). A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.
    All hotel rooms are based on the lowest category of room or Run of House, upgrade is subject to
    supplement
     The timing of sightseeing points shall be fixing by local operator due to traffic and weather
    conditions, however all points must cover unless amendment or cancellation make by clients
    themselves (Non- refundable for any cancellation that made by clients)
     Tour and price are subject to change without notice or incase of deduct number of pax in quoted
    group; increasing in entrance fee; hotel policy …
     Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road
    conditions, flight schedules and room availability.
     Working time for tour guides and transfer services applied full day tour: 08h00 - 17h00 or 08h30 -
    17h30
    Dinner time: 19h00 - 21h00 (included dinner time + transfer)
    Overtime transfers and tour guides services to be charged on spot. Our tour guide will inform and do
    the best suitalble timing for clients.
    + 07 and 16 seats: 30 USD/ hour.
    + 29 and 35 seats: 40 USD/ hour.
    + 45 seats: 50 USD/ hour.
